Literature Text

The underground tunnel was dark and moist. Juto and the group followed the mysterious lady to their escape not knowing if they were getting lead to a trap or a safe haven. Seems like forever since they were in the tunnel, but they eventually seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

The girl spoke to the group loud enough to not echo to much, " We are almost there! After we are out of this tunnel we just have a little bit left to walk."

Justo just nodded his head hoping that this was the right choice, even though he had no other choice besides death to himself and Maria. He looked back at the father and his son seeing that they had happy expressions written on their face when they heard news about them being almost out of the creepy tunnel. As Juto's mind wonders, so does the many questions he had grew. His suspitions grew intensly, but he stayed quiet for now as he continued to observe the sintuation at hand.

The girl climbed up out of the tunnel, standing to the side of the exit, " So glad to be out of that place." She stretched a bit from being cramped up for so long. "Come up the cost is clear." She egged them on.

Juto was the first to come out  with Maria in hand. He gazed at his new seroundings, there was nothing to be seen for miles besides a bunch of trees and small hedges. A small opening in the trees showed a meddowy feild with flowers and beautiful insects flying around here and there while deer grazed and bunnies hopped around.

The father and son, not to far behind, climbed out from the tunnel. They stretched and took in the fresh air ."Where to now?" Juto questoned the woman.

"We are going to the north west from here, that is where we will all be safe and can rest without worry." She pointed off into the direction, " It will take about ten to fifteen minute walk to get there from here." She spoke gentley with a smile.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's get going." He spoke out half egar to get to this salvation that she speaks of.

"Yeah, we should go so we can be safe. We aren't out of the dark just yet." The father pointed out, over hearing the conversation as he attends to his son.

The girl smiled and walked off to the north west." Okay, follow me!"

The group followed her through the woods. Climbing over fallen trees and pushing past brances and shrubs that grown in the path way. Scaring away the acational bird as they stumbled through. Bugs becoming a pest. Time seeming to go by fast, but the background suggests that they have been walking in cyrcles for ages.

The girl a few feet ahead of Juto stopped infront of a massive tree trunk. She looked back over her shoulder at Juto. He stopped right in his tracks once he seen her stop to keep the little distence that they had between them. "What is the problem?" He spoke.

The girl her body to face him and smiled widely at him, a tad bit flirtatious s well. She giggled "No, nothing is wrong. We are here."

The father stood next to Juto. "Here? ... Huh I was expecting a ut or something." He felt a tugg on his shirt on his left side. He glanced down and seen his son standing there looking up into the tree." Look Daddy." He pointed in the direction of the tree that the woman stood infront of. He turned his gaze to the tree as the woman spoke out teasingly. "Ofcourse I have a home. It is right up in this tree. Don't it look amazing?"

There was multiple buildings up high in this massive tree. All with bridges connecting to each one, belconies around each like it was part of the streets. Complete houses with windows, roofs, and doors. All looking like they were made out of perfectly cut wood. They could even see a few figures walking about the bridges. It was like a small town hidden in the trees. The sight was truely fasinating to see.

The boy in aw. " Wow.. this is amazing! Must have taking you ages to put this together."

"Thank you little boy, but no, not long actually. There lives a small group of people here with me. We put this together."

"This is quite impressive." The father finally spoke up."

Juto secretly admiring the massive tree house above. "I wonder how they have been able to stay here so piecefully without any issues with all this war business that has been going on. Who are these people?"

Before Juto could ask anything the woman said excitedly. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's go up."She whistled up to the top of the tree house for a way up. Soon after they seen a roll of wood an rope unravel all the way down the side of the tree. It was a rope ladder, it swung wildly as it unravled all the way, hanging about an inchabove the ground and gazing the top of the grass a little. " Let's head up." She grabbed ahold of the ladder and swung herself onto it and climbed up the rope and wodden steps.

"You go next." Juto ordered to the father and his son."I'll go last."

The father just nodded and helped his son onto the ladder then helped himself onto it. He followed him up. Next, Juto climbed on with Maria in one arm trying to secure himslef and her so neither one falls. He climbs up slowly and steadily.

"This is going to take a while." Juto growled under his breathe.
